Are your Licensed, insured and bonded?

  • Yes. Doggy’s Delight, LLC is licensed, insured and bonded.

Besides dogs, what other animals does Doggy’s Delight care for?

  • At Doggy’s Delight our love for pets isn’t only for your four-legged K-9 pal. We also provide care for cats, fish, birds and rabbits.

How do you select your Doggy’s Delight dog walkers and pet sitters?

  • We understand that you value professionalism, security, safety and the comfort of knowing that you can trust your dog walker or pet sitter with your pet’s care. Doggy’s Delight staff are experienced, and screened prior to selection. This includes a background check, reference checks, and an extensive interview.

How can I schedule service or adjust an existing appointment?

  • To schedule an initial consultation, please contact us either by phone or email.
  • To change an existing appointment or schedule additional service, contact Doggy’s Delight before 10 a.m. of the day prior to your requested service date. Doggy’s Delight may not be able to accommodate a request made to add service after this time. Service requests received after 10 a.m. of the day prior to your requested service date will incur an additional charge.

Does Doggy’s Delight provide daily reports for each visit?

  • Yes. Following each visit, our walkers and sitters provide daily diary reports covering our time with your pet.

Can I contact my pet’s dog walker or pet sitter directly?

  • No. Please contact Doggy’s Delight by phone or email regarding any questions or concerns.

How do I pay for services?

We accept cash, check and PayPal
  • New clients: 100% payment due during consultation for services scheduled.
  • Existing clients: Recurring package customers will be invoiced approximately five days before the expiration of their current package. 100% payment for your upcoming service package is due by the first day that your next package begins.
  • Non-package customers must make payments by 10 a.m. of the day prior to your scheduled or requested service date.

What are your hours?

Office hours: Monday – Friday 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. – noon.

Dog walking and pet sitting services are available Monday – Friday 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., Saturday & Sunday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Overnight sitting is available from 8 p.m. – 7 a.m. seven days a week.

What is your inclement weather policy?

To ensure that the safety of our caregivers is not compromised, we reserve the right to cancel services, or adjust our service schedule if, due to inclement weather, operating conditions are unsafe or pose significant challenges to our ability to come to your home.

If poor weather conditions persist, you will be notified by email of service cancellations or schedule adjustments.

We ask that you provide us with emergency contact information for a neighbor with access to your home, and who can give your pet a potty break in the event that we cannot provide service during inclement weather. We will attempt to make arrangements for your pet with your emergency contact. You will not be charged if Doggy’s Delight, LLC cancels service due to inclement weather.

If we are able to come to your home, your dog will receive a potty break. However, in poor weather conditions, our playtime and exercise with your pet may be in your home instead of outside.
